Based on my own experience and people's information, I can say that the resource exists in every system. What if we map it, give it a new, improved, renewed purpose? Make investments, which can be money, knowledge, change... there are different possibilities, solutions. 

Today's goal is to create something even more powerful that creates for me and others at the same time, without harming anyone else, it's called balance.

I am more than sure that in a working system it is possible to create an extra 12%, with fairly simple means, which we can call time, contribution, desire, will, skill, money, knowledge, experience, system, information, equipment, balance, there are more words, for each person.
